Toolbar missing after using fullscreen

Im using firestorm and tried the fullscreen option from debug feature in advanced tab. After returning to normal screen it seems there’s no toolbar at the bottom anymore. I tried dragging new ones to the bottom but it only lets me place them on the sides. I also cant edit lighting etc and windlights because it has disappeared

Under the Advanced menu, use set window size to get the correct resolution.
