Group permissions corrupted - how do I fix it?

My permissions in the City of Purge group went from almost everything to just Everyone after I added an ability to a role.  I left the group and tried to get added again.  However, the group shows me as still in it (so they can't add me) even though the group is no longer in my group list.   Things have gotten corrupted in this group twice now.

Can LL remove me from the group so we can start fresh?

Note: I wasn't sure what category this would be in order to create a ticket.

Nobody here can do anything and LL does not solve issues via forum posts, so you will have to open a Support ticket.  Take your best guess on a ticket category and just give a real detailed description.   Wrong category just delays the time it takes to fix the issue.
