Cub is a unique Mainland sim with high terraforming, great to make an underwater cave and hills. You can choose to use it or not. 

The waterfront is on 7 Linden Seas, great sailing and exploration beyond.

Self-join group, refund any time. Pets, skyboxes welcome.

Also available is a cottage on a little island at the tip of the peninsula in Cub. Or ask to remove and place your own.
