How long a process credit takes?

I had requested process credit on 3rd of the SEP it is still showing in progress..

 

any idea how long does it take? was there a holiday on monday which is effecting it?

Pretty sure they say it can take up to 5-7 BUSINESS days.  Today is the first business day since the 3rd, because yesterday was an SL holiday.

Okay thankyou so much it has been quick turn around for me so far..but you are right maybe holiday is the reason thankyou again;)
