I can not log in with V2 on a Mac running 10.4.11 anymore

I can no longer log on to SL on my Mac with V2. I'm running 10.4.11, it gets right to "loading world" then crashes everytime. I'd downloaded the new version, and it won't even mount. V2 is just completly no longer working on my iMac.

Quite a few mac users have had problems with the latest updates. Try downloading one of the earlier ones again from https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Supported_Viewers and if it works ok, go to preferences > setup and switch off the automatic updates.

Hi Dexy, 

I don't know what your system specs are, but you can usually solve this problem by manually deleting all of your old SL cache files and settings before the install.

Also, if you can eventually sign in, but your system is slow with version 2.7 try manually changing renderappleUseMultGL to True in the debug systems.  This is solving many problems Mac users are having with this release.
