Why are my Upload Image, Sound and Animation options greyed out?

I was able to upload temporary textures for testing, but now I only have the bulk option. Is there a monthly limit to temp uploads? I am using Phoenix 1.5.2.1102

If you have less then L$10 on your account, it will not allow you to do any uploads what so ever, temporary or permanent. This is a feature that Phoenix has put in and do not plan on removing anytime soon. Sorry for the inconvience.

Go to edit & open the texture selector, use the Local tab and you can still preview your textures inworld for free without uploading.

There is no limit for uploads, but each one is charged 10L. Make sure you have enough L$ balance. You might have to increase your L$. Also you can upload images by pack if you have many of them.
