Some Jerk put me in a Trap and it deformed my avatar. Now I can't fix it, what do I do?!

Seriously I logged in to SL and some idiot had my avatar in a trap and after the second time i tried to get out my avatar got stretched out and folded over. Now the whole thing looks like some sick piccasso and I'm contemplating cancelling my account because I just. Can't. Fix. It!!!

there should be an undeform gesture available somewhere, but i am not inworld right now. if no one has given one to you yet a relog should fix it.
