Any Custom Skin creators out there?

Hai people!

I have a request! So long story short, I have had this NEED to make an Angel Dust avatar, and I have found that the best idea would be to go with the Loud Mouth head (AKA this one: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/NULL-
LoudMouth-Head-L/11696537) 

Now this head is fairly new so there's close to NO skins for it. So I was wondering if anyone would be able to make me a custom skin based off of Angel Dust from Hazbin Hotel? Cuz I don't know any custom creators around

I'm happy to talk in private if ya'll prefer as well. I've never ordered something custom before so I wasn't sure where to even start! I'd also appreciate it if you are a skin maker if you could show me past projects of yours just so I could see what you can do!

The product page says it comes with modding instructions, Since you seem to be going for a somewhat flat cartoony character, just some simple gimp/photoshop circles and fills would probably get you something presentable.
