I am looking to either rent/buy a commercial parcel. Roughly 4096sqm or a little bigger. I would like the plot to be in a good location with roughly 1500 prims. Please post any slurls and details for me to have a look at.

What do you consider a 'commercial' lot.

There's a lot of land out there for sale in the size you want or larger.
