Market Place Maturity Rating

I've noticed lately that my maturity rating for the marketplace keeps reverting to General.  Is something going on?  Is there a way to fix this? thanks.

Have you disabled cookies? If so, maybe the MP has no way to "remember" your last setting.

Are you signed in to the MP? If you aren't, you can still access it, but it will only show you General items.

Yes, I have to sign in again If I'm not actively moving from one page to the next somewhere because I get logged out of the mp.
