I don't see anything in the Knowledge Base on this question, so I'd like to hear from a Linden (I know some residents have opinions on this issue, but I'd like to hear a definitive answer from a Linden).

When you check off the box on the "about land" menu for "search," so that the parcel shows up in key word searches, and the cost is $30L, would you call this an ad?

To be sure, it's not a classified ad, which can have any amount for payment, depending on the wish for visibility. It's just a $30 ad to show up in search. But isn't it still an ad?

Is this 30L a sink or a source for Linden Lab?

If this box is not checked, that parcel will not show up in search, correct?
