After logging in,2 minutes later i seem to crash

Do you have a Netgear router? Then that might be a problem. In any case try connecting your pc directly to your modem, or if you don't have a Netgear router; directly to the router, by cable and see if this helps.

In any case, try empty the cache. On the login screen, Go to Me->Preferences->Setup (if you are on viewer 2) and press Recent next to the cache location field. Close the viewer, restart it and see if this helps.
