Just noting for anyone NEW that the price is way above the norm so best to learn a bit more about things before jumping in.  There are places out there (nice and with houses that don't count against your prim count -- also empty land) for 100 for 200 LI and bigger lots. So look around folks. 

 

Not trying to be nasty but hate to see the new folks taken advantage of and this looks like that to me. Mods can decide LOL.

At about L$120 a week, it's one of the lowest price rentals in SL, but I'll be happy to match

Actually I misread your post as most all the rentals out there are weekly (my bad). I also quoted prices wrong as they are $100 a week for 300 land impact and  you get the very nice (some very large) buildings free -- some commercial ones are 150 for $300. They are not MINE, I just lived there for quite awhile. 

But hopefully someone will want just what you have; some folks just want "air space".   

 

Obviously time to get some sleep.
