probleme de viewer

bonjour j ai un probleme   voila je sui conecter et d un coup mon viewer se ferme tout seul d un coup  sa me lefait sur firstorm  singularity ou bien meme l officiel  je sai plus quoi faire 

sachant que j ai toute mes mise a jour qui sont efffectuer  

confg pc  : carte mere asus Prime A320M-K

                      proceceur  rysen 5 1600x 6 coeur 

                       carte graphique nvidia 1050 gtx

                      16g de ram ddr4
