Do parcel objects remain when a parcel is abandoned on private estate region?

It would also help to know if parcel objects remain when a parcel is reclaimed ownership by the private estate region owner. TY

That depends on the estate owner.  Most of them will clear off parcels that are abandoned by a renter, but if you have some really cool objects, they might choose to let them remain.  However, the owner of those objects can still come and take them, unless the estate owner also bans them from accessing the region.
