Regarding Tilia process credit

Question

How long does it take to verify the ID I submitted? In the Billing section I see the message "We have all the information we require to process credit...thank you" with a white tick mark. But it has been over 5 days and the process credit request is still in progress. 🤔 Need some enlightenment here.

The Knowledgebase says 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS - so the weekend days do not count.

You can call Billing if it doesn't show up after that much time:

Our Billing team is available from 9am to 6pm EST(6am to 3pm PST), Monday through Friday.
