Is there any thematic threads or groups about land share? I want just to pay %$ of rent and own similar % prims of this land. Where i can find people to confederate with?

there are loads of constuctions for this, most used is simple landrentals, next to that also tier donation exists (have to be premium for that)

"just" share a plot and pay without any form of regulation mostly ends in drama and only one ends up with the bill for the rent.
