A nice tree house is available for rent on mainland ! It's fully furnished with :

✔ A 5 000 animations (!) bed from PrimPossible (made transparent on an Astralia bed)
✔ A table massage from Stockholm & Lima with adult animations
✔ A bath tube from Trompe l'oeil with adult animations
✔ A BBQ from What next with rezzable food and stools from Hive with adult animations
✔ A jacuzzi from Atrium with adult animations and rezzable decor props (to add water, steam, petals, towels, candles, soap and/or vases, you have to touch the water pipe)
✔ A pallet sofa with adult animations from Nutmeg
✔ Some decor
✔ 35 prims left out of 350 to add whatever you like

The parcel has been lowered but can be terraformed back to it's original state and every object can be moved or returned once you're joining the group (the invitation is sent automatically after a payment is completed).
