Convert texture to a tattoo layer

Now that I am using BOM, how do I take my old personally made tattoo image (png) and convert it to a tattoo layer that I can just add without the use of an applier?

Fairly simple. 
- Right-click in your inventory (I would suggest in the Clothing folder) and choose New Clothes => New Tattoo
- Add the new (blank!) tattoo to your outfit.
- Right-click the worn tattoo in your inventory and choose Edit.
- You can now add your texture to the tattoo.
- Close the window and enjoy your tat 🙂
