Please help! 4096 size land for L$2800 a week - Is this price too much to rent?

Hi, I want to rent this land in mainland around water. I really like it. The size is 4096m with 1400 prims. The cost is $2800 a week. I would like to rent it but I’m not sure if this price is too much?

'Too much' depends on how nice the land is, the decor, location, and how much you like it and are willing to pay.

I've seen rentals with the same amoun of prims for half that price, but also nice decorated plots with 500 prims for 2K/week

So if you really like it, and considering it is a rental, I would give it a try for a week at least.

Does seem a bit high from looking through the other parcel.offers.  I guess it depends on area and neighbors.too

some people - the ones who like to offer budget rentals - rent out same size parceels for 899 a week including my self.
BUT
there are NOT waterfronts!

A waterfront in SL Mainland is kinda rare and so it could cost more than that. But I never seen it that high..

The point is:

WHO will pay these money while they can rent THREE ( 3 ) times that..

899 x 3 = 2.697
