Textures blur while in appearance mode

Hey, I've been having an issue where my skin/tattoo layers etc blur while in appearance mode, and my body texture glitches, this makes it so frustrating to use the local upload to test makeup layers etc that I create as the blur distorts the true quality, I was just wondering if anyone else gets this and is there is a cause for  that can be resolved?

Mine does that too since switching to BOM.  I'd love to know why too.
