Market place wont let me veiw merchant home... i have tried to rest magic box inworld im? plz help:)

I have just moved my Magic box onto a diff sim ... and i am tryin to veiw merchant home... but i keep on getting

 None of the range-specifier values in the Range request-header field overlap the current extent of the selected resource.

I dont know wat that means... i have reset box inworld...  i dont know wat else to do...
