Dollars for membership and land fees

I just sold some lindens for dollars and want to pay my upcoming premium renewal and my land fees with those dollars.  Under my billing info I have tried multiple times to edit "payment used for"  so that the credit card on file will not be used to pay premium or land.  That change will not save.  How can I make sure that premium and land payments come from dollars not from my credit card?

Premium fees and Tier charges will ALWAYS use the USD balance first.  There is no need to change billing info.  That is simply where LL will get the money if you have no USD balance.
