I'm taking bids on a grandfathered full region with 20K LI.  I'll take the highest bid with $1,000 minimum offer plus transfer fee -$300 to keep grandfathered status, $100 otherwise.  Billing date is 28th July.  If you wait until after that you'll need to add $179.  The region must be renamed and moved.  Bidding is open until 8 am SLT on 21st July. Notecard or IM with your offer.

Please note I'm not interested in low bids; if the minimum offer is not made I'll just keep letting out the land.
