Dylan211
Suffice to say that "ignoring" is never an option when you're running a business in SL. (Not unless you want to drive away all your customers).
Colt Leeder
It's harsh I know but the only way to "avoid" this is to grow a thick skin, never respond to the suspected alt of the stalker, block them and just get on with your Second Life. Any attention you give them - talking about them to others - heck even getting a friend to post about it on the forums - just gives the crazy person what they want. Starve them of attention - they will get bored.
Talligurl
While creating alts and starting over is drastic, perhaps it does not have to be forever. If they create alts and use them for several months, the stalker my figure out they have left SL and move on. Then when they go back to their mains they could have peace.
