(semi) privacy for Skybox and ground

Im in talks with someone with renting the ground below their skybox. I know there will be no ban lines but is there still  a way to stoping people from caming in (checking off that people from other parcels can't see/chat with people on this parcel). It seems like there is no fix to true privacy but I came across this post for semi privacy (linked below). Can you still do this?

Yes, you can still set privacy for any land parcel.   It's a check box in About Land, in the Options tab.

What this setting does is make avatars on the parcel invisible to the cameras of anyone outside the parcel.  It also restricts Nearby Chat to within the parcel borders.

It works both ways.  Avatars on the private parcel cannot see or hear others outside the parcel, either.

You can still see that someone is there, by using the People/Nearby window, the mini-map, or a radar.  You just can't tell what they are doing/saying.

This will NOT work to keep people in a skybox over the parcel from seeing avatars on the ground, if they are on the same parcel.  In addition, if a skybox is over a parcel of land, they will share the same music and media stream with tenants on the ground below, on the same parcel.
