ok I did what you said and turned the  modem and router off for at least 5 mins and then restart both and then I tryed to relog back in and it did niot work  and I know I have done nothing wroung.

It is no necessary to create new topics Stardust. It is easier to edit your post, although it is no your fault. 3 days now, i don't know why, we can't add comments so it is easy for someone to get confused. I guess you have already checked your mails.

 I had a look in your  profile in world and i noticed that you aren't a premium member. So: 1)You can't use the Live Chat 2)Is no the best idea to submit a ticket although you can try it risking to wait for long time

Solutions:

1)You upgrade to a premium member just for 1 month to be able to use immidiately the Live Chat and to solve your problem

2)You try to call, fax or mail them:

There are toll free numbers but i clear that they are for billing issues.
