Hello again Stardust. That error message means with simple words that your IP address is being blocked by the Second Life service. So the first you can do is to check the email account you have registered with your resident name if you got a mail by Linden Labs  (this could be because you actually did something very bad, or it could be because someone simply accused you of doing something very bad). If not, it could be that your router has cycled to an IP number that Linden Lab has previously blocked (with other words it could be a case of mistaken identity - LL banned the wrong IP address or it could be a case of collateral damage). So power down your modem and router for at least 5 mins and then restart both and try to log in again.

If you are not a premium member, i can't suggest you to submit a ticket, although you can try it risking to wait for long time. Better thought is to try to call them.
