I have rented from Teagan for many years now, and still do, and could not recommend her parcels highly enough!  The parcels are gorgeously landscaped and she is a delight to have as a landlord.  Helpful, patient (especially when you are a pain in the butt like me who moves from plot to plot regularly and need my rental moved over) and just the best!
