Items invisible/out of place after sim reset

Hello, the place that I rent had a sim reset. Most items are there but invisible. On my friend's parcel, some objects were seriously off-center.

Is there an easy way to restore it?

When I get weird phenomena like this, sometimes the only thing that will fix it is a re-log.
