Is it ok to take items back in inventory if there is a rollback restart?

I know its not ok to rez the no copy items, but is it ok to take them in inventory?

I had lost some items last time and don't want it to happen again. I rezzed them to a land and they were gone.

Any action which brings items into the world or which takes items (safely) out of the world are to be avoided until the all clear is given. 

Taking stuff into your inventory really is just rezzing in reverse.
