If it is the older Linden Homes, then you have to Abandon it and request a new one via the same page that your got your initial one at.

For the newer Linden Homes, there are currently 5 "Themes" - Traditional House, Houseboat, Camper/Trailer, Victorian House, Log Home.  If you want a different Theme, then you need to Abandon the current home and get a new one.  If you simply want a different "style" within the same Theme, then click on the House Controller just off the edge of your property -- Mailboxes for Houses, the Life Preserver for Houseboat, and a Wooden Sign for the Campers.

 

Note that it is currently very difficult to get one of the new Linden Homes.  See this thread for more info on that:
