how do i enable avatar physics?

I want my avatar to have more realistics movements but I cant figure out how to enable avatar physics? please help

Avatar physics are controlled by a special "clothing layer".  In the Appearance menu, you can adjust sliders for this, but I actually don't recommend it.  The sliders are very sensitive and it's easy to come up with values that will look totally absurd...and hard to come up with settings that look realistic.
