Clothing shape and skins won't load

For the past six days I have been a cloud on phoenix and a nasty tan newbie on hippo viewer cause it is saying my clothes are still loading, I have logged in as an Alt and everything is fine with it but not AntnyB. I had a similar issue before and all I had to do is put my skin and shape back on and it was fine, now it says when I try to put on something, that I can't change my appearance till my clothing is loaded, all my object are attached but nothing else will...HELP

Hello Antny. Maybe your internet connection is too slow, maybe you wear so many attachments or the region you are has lag.  So open your inventory, write something in search there and wait fetching ALL your items till the last one. After that, move to a region with less lag.  Smith  is a protected land which is recommended. There, try to change outfit. Choose one with just the necessary stuff (skin, shape, hair, eyes, pants and shirt) without any attachments. 

Something else you can do is the test your avatar. In Phoenix give the command: Menu Advanced --> Character --> Character Tests --> Test Male / Female.

Start this way and inform us if you fixed your problem. If not, other solutions needed like clearing your cache or downloading other viewer. Good luck.

Are your 'wearing' tab saying that you are wearing everything you are supposed to, but you're still a cloud?

If so, are you wearing several tattoo (or alpha) layers ? Then try to remove these and see if it helps.

No, under my wearing tab it just shows that I'm wearing my prim attachment, no clothes and no shape or skin

OK. Try turning off http textures in the develop menu. (Enable it from me->preferences somewhere. (Advanced I think)). Then do what LoveAngeL said and see if it helps. Did she mention clearing cache?
