I've been looking for this hair for a while now and finally decided to write the designer of this clothing to ask her but her profile asks people not to IM her about accessories she wears in her modeling photos.  If anyone knows the creator of this "Exact" hair, I would sincerely appreciate the help, and thanks in advance.

Thanks for your response, Clover.  I searched for the creator Doux Elijah by name and nothing comes up and  not sure what or where the Level Event is.
