I tryed to age verificate but it dont work where can i get a ticket or send email or get help pls?

Hi I got a problem I tryed to age verificate my account but it didnt worked since last yr I had this issue already and SL asked me to send the details when I get my new pass I got it now so where can I get a ticket or anything to send my passport informations to get age verificated ? :smileysad:
