i was talking to someone about designer clothes for the game like the pants ive seen people wear with ferragamo belts wear do i find that in market place i thought it was an accessory but someone said the belts come with the actuall jeans so how do i find them or who creates themo

You could try the mens jeans section on the Marketplace most jeans come with a belt made for the particular jeans that may be able to be toggled on/off there isn't a lot in the way of separate belts other than things like tool belts where a perfect fit may not be needed
