Sim runs strong and well with good fps. Sky is your best bet. There is a store in the sky that comes with if you need it. (Honestly I couldn't find my previous post. I have another month or so before this needs to be abandoned but I am SUPER surprised at how slow land sales are. My lots are usually sold within a few days.)
