Merchants cannot redeliver the item at this time, and have not been paid. If the item is not delivered within 8 hours after purchase, you will automatically receive a refund to your account. If you make a purchase while the transaction is in progress, the refund credit may be applied to your next order." It says this for all four of my items. I ordered them over 8 hours ago and it hasn't failed yet. So what do I do? I can't order anything else until this transaction fails or goes through... Arwen Serpente Posted May 11, 2011 Share Posted May 11, 2011 Here's how: Go to: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ Select Marketplace-->Failed Marketplace Delivery Enter the information requested (you'll find it on the Marketplace under "My Account --> Order History") Click Submit at bottom of page.
