How long will Paypal be out of action?

I have money in my USD account, but, LL are still updating billing.

So, I can't add my paypal information. Anybody have any ideas how long this process is supposed to take?

Are you wanting to transfer your USD out of SL to your Paypal?

If so, that should be working. Click on "Process Credit" and then click Paypal on the list of options and it should let you enter your Paypal info  there.

If that is broken too *sigh* call the free billing number to find out how many more things they are going to break
