Trying to update to a houseboat

I'm trying to update to a houseboat, but that option does not show up when I use the tools provided. I have already released my previous land based home.

@gnudoll, the houseboats are, at the moment, the most popular style of Linden Home.  While LL is making more of the new homes as fast as they can, they still haven't caught up with the demand.

The Linden Home signup page shows the styles that are currently available.  You just need to keep checking it frequently and hope that a houseboat becomes available.  Then snap it up fast!
