I live in the Ghergie Region and iv'e noticed there is a ton of abandon land there. I have two questions. 1: How do you buy abandon land? 2: Why is some abandon land not for sale? Iv'e noticed that it is owned by Governor Linden. Any help will be deeply appreciated.
