Region Rentals Setup Question

Howdy, I own a Full Region that I'm running as an RP sim. We want to have rentals using the Casper rental system so that we can rent out small in-character apartments on sim. We also would like to have Rezzing on with a thirty minute auto-return so players can spawn props and things to use. These seem to come into conflict because we don't want the renters to have their long term objects returned by the autoreturn, so they'd have to be in a land group, I figure.

This feels like an issue, because I don't feel comfortable putting renters as a whole into the estate management group that has land rights/manages ejects and bans.

 

I would put them in parcels, but we want to have all the players on the main parcel for sim traffic sake. What do you all think the best way to do rentals would be?

You should be able to create different roles with different land management powers for the group. That's the way it's usually done.
