I want to hire enviromental person to help me with water

In a parcel I would like a selection or the whole parcel sim's water to be invisible. Or maybe transparent. Just dont want to mix the sim's water with the swimming pool who's at same level of the sea.

Might I suggest raising the land up and then lower yourself a little hole for said pool so that you don’t have this problem? I would be able to help, but it’ll cause some chaos with the landscaping/trees that you already have out.

However, should that not sound fun, the shortcut to defender water is [Control] [Alt] [Shift] 7, I believe.

Open the estate management console and change the water level. 
If you have no access to the estate tools, then I'm afraid you are out of luck.
