Why won't my billing info go through?

Question

Why is it happening to me?  Every time I put my billing information through, it does not go through.  I have verified my account, I have used credit card info, I have used paypal and even have gone to the lengths of clearing the billing info off of my account and it still does not work!!!  What is wrong here?  On Paypal, I get the terms of agreement up and then accept it, then when it goes back to second life, it says ERROR!!!  Will somebody help me with this major annoyance?

The billing system has had all sorts of problems lately, especially if you are outside of the US. Some things like Paypal are also not accepted as a payment method for some people. Make a free call to the billing number and see if they can figure out whats wrong in your case.
