On the left of your dashboard in the Account section, check the Billing Information page to see if it says you have credit card info on file, it should be in quite large text across the page. If it does, call the free billing number to ask why its not showing up correctly inworld. They may send you to submit a ticket, but sometimes you get lucky and someone helpful answers the call.
