Ok, until then, do this. Go to Marketplace https://marketplace.secondlife.com/

 

Log in

 

Click My Marketplace at the top right of the screen

 

Click my account

 

On the left click order history

 

Under the item description it should say Item Delivered, if it doesnt it has not shipped to you yet. You must excercise patience.

 

If it HAS been delivered, it will say Item Delivered. You must log into Second Life through your viewer (go in world) and accept the item which will then place it in your inventory.

I am having a great deal of trouble with it too. At the top of the marketplace page click on your account then look at past orders...the status of your order will be shown there.

Marketplace has not delivered one single item for me in the last two days

I am having a great deal of trouble with it too. At the top of the marketplace page click on your account then look at past orders...the status of your order will be shown there.

Charlotte, I appreciate your call for calm, but my orders have all timed out...not been delivered in 8 hours. One of the merchants wrote me to say it wasn't working but she said nothing else, just sent a LM to her inworld store

Trix, I am sorry that it is taking so long for you to recieve your purchases, slow delivery is unfortunately an ongoing issue. Here is a page that explains that delivery may take up to a day, I know that seems ridiculous.

Read towards the bottom. Maybe the merchant you contacted is offereing to let you purchase the item inworld and refund you your Marketplace purchase? I really dont know.

Oh, hi again. Does the status say delivered? If so, contact the merchant and ask for a redilvery. does the status say pending? If it has been over 24 hours there may very well indeed be a problem. You may want to ask a new question in the answers section. This question has been marked as answered and many others wont read what you are writing here because they dont know there is still a problem.

but the deliveries time out...only on gifts. It isn't the merchant's fault.

On the listing here, you can see the "Passion4Fashion Diamond Lingerie" timed out when I bought it for a gift, yet, delivered right away when I bought it for myself

I hope someone else tests it, I have had an alt and a friend also try, but, with the same result...no delivery and in 8 hours it times out
