While it is more than ok to get inspired from other peoples work, the copy- pasting is that shows luck of fantasy..

I'm sorry, I wasn't aware Sir that you were endorsed by any copyright protections. You do not own font nor text! From what I understand, our lands differ in offering entirely. And yes, I may be 'new' to the 'business' but clearly, you rely on yours much more than me!

Sherridon, as someone who commonly reads through the mainland rentals section, I did find your copying of style and some key phrasing from another rental agency's advertising to be a little off-putting and tacky.  I would suggest experimenting around and finding your own unique look for your ads.
