Boss1919 Posted April 26, 2019 Share Posted April 26, 2019 For how long time i will be charge if i have more than 1024 Sqm, as example if I have 512 sqm and i bought 1024 land at the same day i sold the 512 do i will still pay tier fee at the end of the month? If you owned more than 1024 sqm for even a minute during the monthly billing cycle, you will be charged for that on your next tier billing date. You are billed in arrears for the maximum sqm that you owned since the last monthly billing. For your situation described, it looks to me like you would be charged for tier only 1 time. ETA: It's not actually clear to me whether you sold the 512 before or after buying the 1024 on the same day. If you sold the 512 first (so then you owned 0 sqm) and then bought the 1024 a few minutes later, the maximum you would have owned at the same minute would have been 1024, so there would not be an extra charge.
