ok land is 15k you wont find this type of land size and prim with direct slrr access anywhere

Whatever it actually sells for is "market value". Suggestion: perhaps it's not the price, but the size. Maybe partition it into 1024 chunks (with the last chunk being slightly larger to gather-up any odd left-over). Just a thought. You can also put it up for personal Auction now.

 lots have been sliced up into 1024 and a few larger ones all of them are set to sell below 4k
